Born and raised in Barcelona, Spain, 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘇 earned an Architectural Degree from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona in 1974.

In 1975, 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼 embarked on a professional career in Tehran, Iran, working with a Persian consulting firm as part of an international team of architects until 1979.

In April 1980, 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼 relocated to Dallas, Texas, to manage the real estate investments of a Barcelona-based multinational corporation.

By August 1986, 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼 established Avangard Real Estate Services, Inc. Initially focused on educating and serving first-time homebuyers, the company has evolved into a full-service commercial and residential brokerage and development firm.

Fluent in English, Spanish, Catalan, French, and Italian, 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼 is a recipient of the 2005 HOPE Leadership Award from the National Association of Realtors.
