Me preguntan a menudo: ?Usted cree que los precios de las casas van a bajar con esto del COVID-19?

La respuesta es clara y sencilla. En mi opinion los precios "no van a bajar". El COVID ha creado una crisis de salud, no una crisis inmobiliaria.

Contrario a lo que uno pudiera pensar, hay tantas o mas familias buscando casa este año que en el 2019.

Uno de los motivos principales es que hemos aprendido a hacer mas actividades en casa: trabajo, tarea, estudios, mejoras, etc.

El confinamiento ha creado una ansiedad por tener un espacio mas grande para movernos; el apartamento es demasiado pequeño.

En resumen, no se lo piensen mas. Los intereses estan a niveles historicamente bajos. No se lo piensen mas.
